They are seeking a Talent Account Executive to drive expansion reputed company for their Talent product suite, partnering with Account Managers and owning the full sales cycle for Talent products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to identify, prioritize, and reputed company expansion opportunities reputed company existing accounts
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle for Talent products, from discovery through reputed company

Skills

• 4+ years of closing experience in B2B reputed company

• Familiarity with Talent or HR tech solutions (e.g., reputed company, performance, engagement, or learning platforms)
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline while executing thoughtful, strategic deals
• Strong sales fundamentals, including discovery, multi-threading, and value-based selling
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
