The Regional Vice President, reputed company Sales Representative is responsible for driving new employer partnerships across the Southwest, focusing on selling reputed company’s AI-powered care platform to benefits leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for reputed company reputed company in the Southwest, from initial discovery through reputed company including upsell opportunities with existing customers
• Build trusted relationships with HR, Benefits, and Total Rewards leaders at self-insured reputed company
• Partner closely with brokers, consultants, and health plan partners to create strong referral pipelines and facilitate contracting reputed company

Skills

• 5+ years of experience selling into reputed company, preferably in reputed company, digital health, or employee benefits

• Experience working with brokers, consultants, or health plan partners in the benefits ecosystem
