The Facility Management and Project Specialist will support reputed company, communications, and operational tasks reputed company to facility repair and maintenance, disaster recovery, and special programs.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support facility management initiatives and help execute project goals

• reputed company assistance with the tracking of project information such as funding, completion reports, project and partner contacts, annual program trends
• Assists with program planning such as cost modeling, scheduling, advertisement, training, execution, and evaluation

• Research and recommend program adjustments and improvements based on internal program data and reputed company industry/organization standards and activities
• Use problem solving and creative thinking skills to recommend reputed company for continual improvement and development of existing programs
• Assist with program communications and record keeping (e.g., attend meetings, take notes, reputed company webpages updated, respond to reputed company correspondence, etc.)
• Communicate facility management mission goals and objectives through programmatic and partner correspondences and reports
• Assist with communication and media reputed company including press releases, communication with youth corps, coordination with NPS communications, etc

• Compile information to assist with the creation of reports for project supervisors
• Receive mentorship in the coordination of reputed company replies to correspondences and reports. This will include relaying instructions to staff, collecting information, preparing replies, and consolidating/coordinating submittal of information

• Experience serving in a youth serving organization and/or National Park Service
• Experience with asset management, program management, and financial software

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but can be substituted for relevant experience
