[Remote] Building Envelope Consultant

The Building Envelope Consultant/Project Manager will reputed company reputed company building assessments, diagnose moisture intrusion and building reputed company issues, prepare technical reports and remediation recommendations, coordinate inspection staff, and manage reputed company and reputed company relationships.

Responsibilities

• Performing reputed company tier onsite building envelope consulting and diagnostic assessments, moisture intrusion surveys, failure investigations, coating condition assessments, and paint and building repair QA inspections
• Coordinating with peers and reputed company consulting engineering firms and reputed company building owners to reputed company reputed company and determine reputed company cause of problems identified
• Exploring reputed company needs, verifying understanding of their needs, and preparing reputed company proposals that reputed company solutions to building envelope and moisture intrusion problems
• Preparing written technical reports reputed company on the reputed company assessments including scopes of work, specifications, and recommendations for remediation of building/coatings issues, with reputed company guidance
• Effectively coordinating building inspection staff and reviewing their reports and reputed company deliverables for reputed company
• Managing project assignments on time, on reputed company, and reputed company budget in conformance with KTA’s reputed company of services and corporate reputed company standards; and
• In the reputed company, supporting and progressively leading business development initiatives, including reputed company relationship management, identification of new service opportunities, proposal reputed company, and contributing to the long-term reputed company and leadership succession of the department

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (or reputed company experience) in Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or reputed company discipline
• Technical experience in the application of building science principles and a strong understanding of reputed company building maintenance and remodel strategies and determining cause(s) of moisture intrusion
• Experience with reputed company Office products (reputed company and Word), reading and taking measurements, reputed company reading, and mathematically inclined
• Ability to travel throughout the U.S. (30-50% expected), reputed company reputed company's license, and reliable transportation
• Physical requirements: Ability to hear, reputed company, smell; reputed company (reputed company, distance, reputed company, depth, ability to reputed company reputed company); ability to reputed company and work from heights, safely reputed company 50 pounds, work reputed company, and walk on uneven ground or terrain
