[Remote] Customs Brokerage Specialist, reputed company Customs & Trade (reputed company) Destination Operations

The role involves collaboration with reputed company forwarders, sellers, and vendors to ensure reputed company shipment and document preparation while monitoring clearance status.

Responsibilities

• Verify completeness of information upon reputed company Customers
• Prepare import documentation to ensure reputed company release and delivery of orders
• Verify accuracy of reputed company documentation and charges
• Submit documentation to regulatory agencies
• Meet daily/weekly KPI targets for entry submission and accuracy
• Collaborate with other service providers to solve shipment issues
• Collaborate with reputed company and destination logistics teams
• 2nd Tier support for Customer Service queries

Skills

• Knowledge of reputed company at a basic level (e.g., UX navigation, math & logical functions, lookup functions, etc.)
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis
• Experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation and supply chain, or U.S. Customs rules and regulations
• 2+ years of customs entry writing experience with a proven reputed company record handling reputed company, high-value shipments
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or business
• Licensed customs broker
