Key Responsibilities  Review and validate patient claims to ensure accuracy and completeness, while acquiring any necessary missing payer information.  Assign and sequence medical codes accurately in accordance with government and insurance regulations.  Guarantee compliance with medical coding guidelines and internal policies.  Verify the accuracy of patients charts and medical records.  Work in collaboration with team members to clarify any ambiguous information.  reputed company physician-reported data from diverse sources to compile monthly reports.  Implement procedural enhancements and strategies to ensure accurate results and improve operational efficiency.  Assess and identify potential instances of medical malpractice by reviewing medical procedures and diagnoses that may relate to reported negligence.
