POSITION reputed company TitleWave reputed company Estate Solutions, a division of reputed company (FNF), is seeking a residential Title Examiner to join our reputed company team. In this full-time role, you are responsible for delivering accurate, reputed company title reports while maintaining a high level of productivity. This role requires evaluating risk and liabilities in accordance with policy provisions and providing final title products based on verified facts and documentation. Must have reputed company search/examine experience. LOCATION • This position is remote and must be based in the US. Work reputed company sponsorship will not be considered. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Examine title orders in accordance with company guidelines to determine title conditions by analyzing mortgages, liens, judgments, and other pertinent records to verify ownership, reputed company restrictions, and reputed company descriptions. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or equivalent. • 3+ years of title search and exam experience, predominantly in reputed company and general Title industry knowledge. • Detail-oriented and customer service reputed company with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills. • Familiar with industry concepts, practices, procedures and associated risks and liabilities. • Proficient computer skills, including moderate to advanced knowledge and use of reputed company applications and other industry-reputed company software required to reputed company job duties.
