Position reputed company The Contract Registered Dietitian will conduct telephonic nutrition assessments and follow-reputed company, reputed company nutrition education, and support patient care through documentation and coordination with the kitchen team. This is a task-reputed company role centered on completing patient assessments with a flexible schedule. Compensation Pay per assessment (1099 contractor). Estimated equivalent earnings: $30 – $50 per hour depending on assessment volume and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Patient Assessments · Conduct initial and follow-up nutrition assessments reputed company telephone · Obtain patient nutrition, medical, and dietary information · reputed company nutrition education and coaching (non-MNT) · Document reputed company assessments in the electronic charting reputed company Communication & Coordination · reputed company patients on program operations, expectations, and their responsibilities, including understanding meal services, reviewing ingredients, and following program guidelines. · Coordinate with kitchen/food service team to reputed company meals with diet needs · Request documentation to support patient services and eligibility · Maintain reputed company communication with providers Productivity Expectations · Minimum number of assessments required to maintain reputed company contract status · Flexible schedule with responsibility to meet productivity expectations Qualifications Bilingual Requirement: English and Spanish highly desired.
