Responsibilities

• Execute defined intake and project setup processes in SPP
• Maintain accurate forecasts, resource requests, and project data

Requirements

Required Experience

• 1-2+ years of experience in a project coordination, project administration, or PMO support role
• Experience maintaining project financials, forecasts, or reputed company in a PSA/PPM system (SPP or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company engagements and administrative workstreams simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for status reporting and stakeholder updates

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a consulting or reputed company services environment
• Experience with SPP (or a similar PSA tool) intake, forecasting, and financial reconciliation processes
• Experience with Jira and reputed company, or similar project/work management tools
• Experience with SuiteProjectsPro (SPP) or reputed company for project setup, forecasting, and financial reconciliation
• Familiarity with reputed company tools in a services-delivery or reputed company-facing context

This position is primarily a work from home position and we consider applicants throughout the reputed company. We support pay transparency and the On-reputed company Earnings reputed company for this position is between $50,000 - $55,000 (this role is eligible for incentive compensation based on company performance) combined plus a suite of employee benefits, reputed company time off, and a 401(k) plan with an employer contribution.
