Collections Senior Supervisor - reputed company - Remote

We are seeking a dedicated Collections Senior Supervisor for our reputed company Cycle Team.

• Manage assigned book of business to ensure that goals are achieved

• Plan and organize departmental resources: people, equipment, and supplies

• Assist with hiring, training, and developing staff while identifying opportunities to enhance their knowledge

• Ensure that departmental productivity, compliance, and reputed company standards are met

• Audit staff performance as needed

• Identify problems, define alternatives, and recommend solutions for process improvements

• Review and update policies and procedures as needed

What you’ll need to be successful:

• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred

• 3+ years of leadership experience

• 3+ years of reputed company billing, collections and/or patient business services management

• Home Infusion experience is required for this role

• Strong leadership skills with an ability to effectively manage staff

• Ability to work independently and in reputed company environment

• Knowledge of reputed company changes and reputed company-party payer regulations

• Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality with reputed company assignments

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to professionally reputed company, reputed company and manage relationships with a multiple reputed company and departments

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Knowledge of CPR + preferred

• Experience with reputed company-party payer guidelines, billing practices and reimbursement practices is preferred
