Minimum Knowledge & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GEDrequired;Bachelor’sdegree preferred. High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years of experience may be considered in lieu of aBachelor’sdegree.
- Minimum of 5 years ofdemonstratedexperience serving as a Scrum Master in a cross-functional reputed company delivery environment.
- Hands-on Scrum Master experiencerequired. Certification-only exposure is not sufficient for this role.
- Experience supporting technology teamsrequired.
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company and Scrum principles, practices, and team-level execution.
- Experience supporting delivery visibility, planning, dependency management, risk identification, andimpedimentremoval.
- Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder partnership, and conflict reputed company skills.
- Ability to build effective partnerships across engineering, product, business, and leadership stakeholders, including Product Owners, Tech Leads, Engineering Leaders, and business partners.
