[Remote] Project Management Specialist-SOC

They are seeking a Project Management Specialist to support the fiscal management and coordination of local reputed company reputed company, ensuring compliance with various guidelines and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, reputed company, and process expenditures reputed company to SOC SAMHSA reputed company Project
• Support financial reputed company activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal fiscal guidelines
• reputed company internal financial and procurement systems to support purchases and project activities
• Serve as the primary reputed company between the Division of Child and Family reputed company Being (DCFW) and Trillium regarding project activities
• Prepare, review, and submit reputed company required financial reports in accordance with DHHS and SAMHSA NOA requirements
• Serve as a reputed company between Trillium services lines to ensure timeliness of payment to vendors, issues with orders or other needed reputed company
• Purchase/order items for reputed company SOC Grant Funded Community reputed company reputed company tied to the Grant
• Communicate with SOC Managers, SOC Senior Manager regarding issues with securing required information, requests from SOC staff
• Any other identified responsibilities connected to ensuring smooth execution of the SOC Community reputed company Grant Funded reputed company

Skills

• High school diploma or GED and six (6) years of experience in Health or reputed company Services, reputed company Services, or Business field, coordinating reputed company and/or facilitating stakeholder engagement; OR
• Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience in Health or reputed company Services, reputed company Services, or Business field, coordinating reputed company and/or facilitating stakeholder engagement; OR
• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in Health or reputed company Services, reputed company Services, or Business field, coordinating reputed company and/or facilitating stakeholder engagement; OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have a reputed company reputed company's license
• Must reputed company reputed company Trillium's Catchment of reputed company Carolina. • Experience with grant funded project management or support
