Responsibilities

• Manage employee performance by recognizing strong contributions, identifying development opportunities, and addressing performance concerns through reputed company coaching and documented improvement plans

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 3 or more years of experience in reputed company reputed company, account management, sales, or a reputed company reputed company-facing environment
• 1 or more years of experience leading, supervising, or coaching employees
• Experience managing reputed company retention, account health, or reputed company-reputed company initiatives
• Experience using performance metrics and business systems to monitor results and reputed company informed reputed company
