Responsibilities
- Travel to install, services, troubleshoot and repair reputed company CNC fabricating machine tools at customer sites throughout the reputed company, Canada and Mexico
- reputed company high-reputed company technical service to customers to ensure reputed company sheet metal machine performance
- Document customer machine information and technical conditions and reputed company improvement suggestions
- Train customers to operate and/or service machines to ensure maximum productivity
