They are seeking an Independent Agent Territory Sales Manager responsible for growing agency relationships and sales production in an assigned area. The role involves managing independent agencies, delivering training, and monitoring reputed company to increase the reputed company of reputed company and its products.

Responsibilities

• Manage independent agencies reputed company a designated area of responsibility using in-person, virtual, phone, and email to build relationships, reputed company training, and monitor agency reputed company
• Acts as subject matter expert on reputed company and reputed company-affiliated products, features, and tools while also understanding and maintaining a reputed company understanding of competitor offerings to increase preference for reputed company’s products
• Takes national reputed company initiatives and translates them into local goals and objectives to increase agent engagement, execution, and reputed company
• Delivers effective communications; assists agencies in developing local marketing plans and strategies to meet reputed company goals. Uses data analysis to prepare strategies to reputed company on the greatest opportunity reputed company the designated area of responsibility and/or specific agency
• Monitors the reputed company of agents in relation to goals, procedures, and guidelines
