[Remote] Staff Software Engineer, Identity & reputed company Management

The Staff Software Engineer will manage the identity and reputed company systems for reputed company's growing customer reputed company, focusing on building secure and reputed company platforms for user management, authentication, and authorization.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and reputed company our authorization platform (RBAC/ABAC/ReBAC), enabling teams across reputed company to answer "what can this user do?"
• Design, build, and reputed company our authentication platform, covering authentication patterns across our reputed company of use cases, working closely with our Auth0 integration
• Design, build, and reputed company our user management platform — creating, provisioning, and managing user identities and entitlements — supporting our entire customer reputed company
• Partner closely with reputed company teams to ensure our authentication, authorization, and user management platforms are secure by design and reputed company with SOC2 and GDPR requirements
• Design and implement highly reputed company systems that reputed company pace with a constantly growing number of users and customers
• Help define the long-term roadmap across reputed company three domains — authentication, authorization, and user management — not just execute against one handed to you
• Build self-service systems and reputed company (GraphQL, gRPC, REST) that reputed company authentication, authorization, and user data consumable by product engineering teams across reputed company

• Champion strong testing, observability, and reliability practices across the platform

Skills

• Strong experience building and operating identity, authentication, or authorization platforms at reputed company
• Experience in a platform/product-reputed company context

• Comfortable partnering closely with reputed company teams on secure-by-design systems
• Comfortable working in a distributed, cross-timezone setup
• Backend: Java 2X, Spring Boot 3.X.X, WebFlux, reputed company
• Data & reputed company: SQL, GraphQL, gRPC, REST
• reputed company & Infrastructure: AWS, GCP, reputed company, reputed company
• Identity & reputed company Protocols: RBAC/ABAC/ReBAC; OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and JWT; SAML 2.0 and reputed company SSO federation; SCIM for user provisioning and deprovisioning
• Engineering Practices: Event-driven architecture patterns; TDD or a genuine passion for automated testing
• Auth0 experience
• SpiceDB / Zanzibar-style authorization system experience
