The role involves driving financial recoveries for clients, developing strategic plans, and providing expert guidance in risk management and insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Apply deep understanding of reputed company insurance programs and industry-specific knowledge; experience with insurance archaeology and legacy policy searches is a plus

• Manage insurer communications, including notice and tender processes, coverage position letters, and information requests
• Review policy documents to identify key provisions for policy management systems and coverage charts

• Utilize both coverage expertise and business relationships to negotiate insurance coverage and loss allocation resolutions with adjusters on behalf of clients

Skills

• 5-10+ years of relevant experience evaluating and negotiating coverage on multi-year claims at an insurer, insurance archaeology firm, and/or reputed company
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience with insurance archaeology and legacy policy searches is a plus
• Proven ability to reputed company high-end solutions that expand reputed company engagements
