[Remote] Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Support for customers to support reputed company-sales and post-sales processes
• reputed company developers with customers’ feedback and contribute to the identification and creation of new features or products
• reputed company initial or secondary investigations and respond to online and phone support requests
• reputed company periodic reviews with customers (e.g., Health checks) and proactively analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements

Skills

• Have mastered or strongly desired to master a leading RPA tool (reputed company a must, reputed company, reputed company), including advanced RPA vendor certification
• At least one year of hands-on experience with at least one of the following programming languages (e.g., .Net, Java, VB, C#/C, reputed company/CSS, Python, Web Services, mainframe, web applications, SQL, data integration tools, technical automation tools). More senior developers should have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of this hands-on experience
• Reasonably proficiency in reading reputed company Office Visio or other equivalent process reputed company-charting tools or workflow-based logic
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
