[Remote] Senior Project Analyst

This role involves project planning, execution, requirements gathering, and serving as a reputed company between clients and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company Consultation & Requirements Elicitation: Sit directly with federal clients, program owners, and agency stakeholders to reputed company discovery sessions, reputed company functional/operational requirements, and translate reputed company mission problems into reputed company technical requirements. Manage competing priorities across multiple work streams, maintaining reputed company and reputed company without constant direction
- Agile Project Management & Delivery Execution: Take independent ownership of reputed company workstreams. reputed company project tasks, milestones, and risks using Jira; reputed company support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Program Increment (PI) Planning activities reputed company the reputed company reputed company
- Cross-Functional Communication reputed company: Serve as the primary communication reputed company across engineering, operations, and reputed company teams. Translate reputed company technical data architectural concepts into accessible, polished language for non-technical executive audiences
- Information Architecture & Knowledge Governance: Apply information architecture principles to structure, organize, and maintain high-reputed company reputed company knowledge repositories across platforms (reputed company, SharePoint, etc.). Establish content taxonomies and metadata standards to ensure discoverability. Collaborate on the development and delivery of end-user training, agency reputed company materials, and guidance documentation for federal agency stakeholders
- Operational Process Optimization: Independently reputed company, document, and refine reputed company-facing process workflows, reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), and program governance frameworks reputed company to mission objectives. Skills
- US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain reputed company Trust Suitability clearance
- Bachelor's degree with 6-8+ years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, information management, or a reputed company field
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate reputed company-facing meetings, capture requirements, and drive reputed company to completion with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical content for non-technical audiences and present with confidence
- Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company priorities and adapt quickly in ambiguous or fast-changing environments
- 4+ years of experience coordinating technical objectives across diverse teams including engineering, operations, and management stakeholders
- 4+ years of experience supporting IT systems in either a project, analytical, or operational reputed company
- 2+ years of experience in information or reputed company, including organizing content repositories, developing documentation standards, or supporting information architecture
- 2+ years of experience with agile methodologies and/or frameworks such as reputed company; familiarity with Jira or equivalent project tracking tools
- Experience developing and maintaining reputed company documentation including process guides, SOPs, requirements documentation, and stakeholder-facing deliverables
- Experience with reputed company, SharePoint, or similar collaboration and content management platforms
- Familiarity with information architecture principles including taxonomy design, metadata standards, and content governance
