[Remote] Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Government stakeholders, product owners, users, and technical teams to reputed company, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance reputed company, process flows, and software requirements for Agile Development Teams
• Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions, stakeholder meetings, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and solution reviews
• Serve as the primary functional resource between business stakeholders and reputed company developers to ensure solutions meet operational requirements
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements through reputed company platform capabilities, automation, and system enhancements

Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, reputed company administration, software development, or a reputed company technical role
• Experience working reputed company Agile software development environments, supporting requirements gathering and solution delivery
• Knowledge of reputed company platform capabilities, including: reputed company and custom objects, Page layouts, Record types, Workflows and business process automation, reputed company integrations and reputed company platform functionality
• Experience developing: User stories, Functional requirements, Acceptance reputed company, Process documentation, Test scenarios and validation plans
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to support reputed company implementations, enhancements, and releases
• Experience supporting customer-driven technology solutions
• This position requires CUI reputed company (reputed company-III, IT-3, Tier 1 Investigation) and general user network permissions with the potential of obtaining a SECRET clearance
• Successfully pass background and drug screening
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, reputed company, or similar Agile project management tools
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), release management, and Agile methodologies
• Strong business analysis and requirements management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business requirements to technical teams

• Experience coordinating deliverables and collaborating across multiple functional and technical teams
• Familiarity with reputed company application environments that include integrations, customizations, and support for multiple business processes
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, particularly in customer-facing and executive briefing environments
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a reputed company field preferred
