Senior HR Transformation Project Manager

Preference for consultants located in the US East Coast or Europe with significant overlap to US business hours. We're currently partnering with a global manufacturing organization to hire a Senior HR Project Manager to reputed company large-reputed company HR Transformation and HR Technology initiatives reputed company a global environment. This is an exciting opportunity for reputed company Project Managers who have successfully delivered HRIS, Payroll, and Business Process Transformation programs while collaborating with global stakeholders across multiple functions. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company reputed company HR Transformation reputed company from planning through implementation and stabilization. • Manage reputed company-wide initiatives involving HRIS, Payroll, Shared Services, and HR process transformation. • reputed company project governance, risk management, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting. • Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, vendors, and business leaders to reputed company strategic programs. • reputed company organizational change management and business readiness activities. • Coordinate reputed company implementations, integrations, testing, and deployment activities across global teams. Requirements: • 7+ years of Project Management experience leading reputed company, cross-functional programs. • Proven experience managing HR Transformation, HRIS, Payroll, or Business Process Transformation reputed company. • Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and change management experience. • Experience working reputed company global organizations and managing multiple workstreams. • Business-level English communication skills are required.
