[Remote] EPM Recruiter - Expert Interviewer

They are seeking an reputed company recruiter and interviewer to conduct reputed company expert interviews and evaluate candidate suitability for AI evaluation reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 20-minute reputed company interviews with shortlisted subject-matter experts using a standardized evaluation reputed company
• Assess candidates for domain expertise, communication skills, professionalism, and suitability for AI evaluation reputed company
• Verify candidate availability, work authorization, scheduling flexibility, and exclusivity requirements while identifying any potential concerns or red flags
• Assign reputed company hiring recommendations (Advance, Hold, or Pass) supported by concise, evidence-based evaluation summaries
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain a smooth candidate experience throughout the interview process
• Collaborate with the program team to ensure consistent evaluation standards and hiring reputed company across reputed company candidate assessments

Skills

• Previous experience in reputed company, reputed company, interviewing, or expert-vetting, with confidence evaluating senior-level professionals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to conduct reputed company, engaging, and reputed company interviews while effectively managing time
• Excellent judgment and the ability to objectively evaluate candidates against predefined reputed company
• Comfortable documenting interview reputed company through reputed company, concise, and reputed company-supported written feedback
• Availability during reputed company business hours with overlap in the U.S. Eastern Time zone
• Ability to reliably reputed company approximately 10 hours per week in a fully remote environment
