[Remote] Project Manager - SEC & REG Reporting

The role involves managing senior stakeholders and ensuring successful execution of regulatory and financial reporting programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and reputed company delivery of regulatory and SEC reporting initiatives, ensuring reputed company stay on reputed company and meet critical deadlines
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, and governance frameworks to support execution
• Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to reputed company priorities and manage dependencies

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years' work experience
