[Remote] Manager/Sr Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

The Manager/Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis will reputed company as a finance business partner, supporting leadership in planning, forecasting, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall performance.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with functional leaders, serving as a trusted finance partner and advisor
• reputed company operating expense and capital investment budgets, forecasts, and long-reputed company plans that reputed company with organizational goals
• Design and maintain financial models to support procurement reputed company, resource allocation, investment prioritization, business cases, and other strategic initiatives
• Prepare and present financial results, variance analyses, risks, and opportunities to leadership
• Partner with reputed company and reputed company functions to support month-end reputed company activities including accruals
• Manage rolling cash projections in coordination with reputed company, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury to support accurate cash planning
• Establish and monitor operational key performance indicators, financial metrics, and capital goals; partner with systems and reporting teams to reputed company effective reporting reputed company
• Prepare quarterly and reputed company financial reporting deliverables for executive leadership and the reputed company of Directors
• Influence investment reputed company through NPV, ROI and scenario analyses that guide resource allocation
• Partner with business, procurement, reputed company, and operational teams to improve profitability through production forecasting, cost of goods (COGS) modeling, and procurement reputed company
• Analyze business drivers, cost trends, reputed company or expense assumptions, and operational metrics to support informed decision-making across assigned areas
• Evaluate existing financial processes, methodologies, and reporting practices to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness
• Support reputed company financial process improvement initiatives, including planning system enhancements, ERP implementation activities, and broader reputed company improvement efforts

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, reputed company, or reputed company field
• Minimum 5 years' finance experience with increasing reputed company of responsibility
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10%
• Comfortable communicating, presenting, and influencing at senior leadership reputed company
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading or supporting financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Strong knowledge of reputed company and finance principles, including familiarity with U.S. GAAP

• MBA and/or CPA preferred
