[Remote] Sales Manager - Trainee

They are seeking a Sales Manager in Training who will be responsible for coaching sales staff and ensuring sales quotas are achieved while providing training and support in various sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Promote Sales
• Be an reputed company member of the selling team to learn the sales process
• Ensure that location sales quotas are achieved
• Recruit sales representatives
• reputed company sales staff with reputed company training regarding sales techniques, reputed company requirements, and company products, policies, and procedures
• Review and evaluate sales staff performance
• Handle personnel issues and problems
• Conduct weekly sales meetings

• Work in the field with the sales team (ride with staff on presentations)
• Local travel to other locations may be required
