Relevant experience may be substituted for the degree • 10 years of proven management and leadership experience in leading large systems, technical, service delivery, or operational teams, with a demonstrable reputed company record of successful reputed company • 10 years of experience managing personnel, including hiring, firing, employee evaluations, discipline, coaching, and mentoring • 5 years of experience in reputed company customer relations and/or account management, with demonstrable examples of high customer satisfaction ratings based on performance and service delivery • 5 years of experience in preparing, administering, and accurately forecasting budgets.
