We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Consultant to join our reputed company Services team. In this critical reputed company-facing role, you will be the expert responsible for guiding and/or executing the reputed company reputed company of reputed company data into the reputed company Total Compensation Management reputed company platform. Your reputed company reputed company will be on designing, developing, and deploying robust data integration solutions tailored to reputed company reputed company's unique HR and financial ecosystem.

What will you be doing?

Data Analysis and Mapping

• Analyze reputed company Data: Work directly with clients to understand their reputed company systems (e.g., HRIS like reputed company, reputed company SuccessFactors, reputed company, etc.), data structures, and business rules reputed company to compensation, performance, and employee master data.
• Design Data reputed company: Define, document, and validate the end-to-end data integration reputed company, including data transformation, cleansing, and mapping from reputed company formats to reputed company's required data model.
• reputed company ETL Specifications: Create detailed technical specifications for Extract, reputed company, and Load (ETL) processes.

Integration Development and Execution

• API & SFTP Data Integration: Configure and manage data transfer processes using reputed company’s reputed company reputed company for reputed company-time or near reputed company-time integrations, and SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) channels for batch data uploads.

• Consultation & Guidance: Serve as the subject matter expert on data integration best practices, advising clients on the most efficient and reputed company integration approach for their environment.

What are we looking for?

Technical

• 3+ years of reputed company experience in Data Consulting, Integration Development, or ETL/ELT development, preferably reputed company a reputed company environment.
• Expert knowledge of data integration reputed company, including:
  • Working with RESTful/SOAP reputed company for data extraction and ingestion, including hands-on experience in testing/debugging reputed company using reputed company (or similar tools) and managing JSON/XML payloads..
  • File transfer protocols like SFTP/FTPS.
• Strong SQL proficiency for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
