[Remote] Payroll & Time Country Analyst [REMOTE]

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is forming a project team for a spinoff of one of their divisions, seeking a Payroll & Time Country Analyst for the Americas. The role involves being a central reputed company of contact for Payroll & Time, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation of payroll processes in the region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full end-to-end solution from HR to Payroll to Finance to support the Day 1 reputed company objective for the Americas region assignment (US, Canada, and LATAM)
• To be the central reputed company of contact for Payroll & Time reputed company the assigned country/region and the Berra project at a day-to-day project level
• Work with reputed company of the countries and their payroll vendor to reputed company the workplan deliverables and confirm reputed company issues and solutioning
• Complete detailed work as needed to support / reputed company the country payroll team
• Report status updates and escalate issues to the Global Payroll reputed company
• Participate in discussions with reputed company appropriate parties (clients, end users, cross function, technical team, global team, etc.)
• Coordinate with reputed company the workstreams reputed company the program to ensure alignment reputed company the countries/reputed company of responsibility (HR, Benefits, Finance, etc.)
• Responsible for assuring the appropriate level of testing is defined and completed along with facilitating the reviewing of test result with the local payroll team (ASC or in country)
• Responsible for assisting in development of Day 1 payroll & Time country specific reputed company plan activities and monitoring them through go-live and reputed company care
• Ensure reputed company Payroll and Time operations teams are trained appropriately for any changes in the reputed company landscape

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Work Experience in the field of both payroll and time to reputed company understand of the project needs
• Work Experience covering US, Canada and LATAM
• Experience with Payroll implementations, data conversion and payroll systems and processes
• Experience with 3rd party Time and Labor system such as reputed company reputed company eTime or Kronos
• Experience with 3rd party Payroll systems and vendors, preferably reputed company GlobalView and LATAM Best of Breed
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• Detailed oriented, analytical, and problem solver
• Ability to work independently and reputed company deliverables
• Ability to communicate in a precise and reputed company manner
• Strong interpersonal skills; reputed company to reputed company and maintain effective working relationships
• Extremely detail-orientated and accurate
• Ability to understand functional needs of the business and effectively communicate them to technical resources with the reputed company-party vendor
• Required: Proficient skills using reputed company Office Suite, especially MS reputed company and PPT
• Excellent organization and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment at the reputed company time being reputed company to reputed company easily to changing priorities and demands
• Desired - Experience working in mid/large reputed company environment
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus but not required
