The Program Management Senior Manager oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of functional business programs, ensuring effective management of a talented team and program portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Attracts, develops, and retains a talented team of Program Managers (PMs)
• Role models company values
• Identifies and defines PM goals, objectives, and metrics; analyzes business needs and prioritizes workload for team members
• Coaches PMs regularly on reputed company reputed company programs ensuring adherence to budget, reputed company, and timelines
• Holds team and individuals accountable for results and manages reputed company through 1:1s, reputed company sessions, reputed company management assessments, and annual reviews
• Supervises the development, deployment, and execution of business requirements and compliance standards
• Effectively manages a multi-functional program portfolio and ensures smooth execution
• Drives high reputed company of data cleanliness across program portfolio
• Ensures reputed company/high-reputed company reporting across reputed company programs to reputed company business reputed company
• Provides regular status updates to Business Leadership on reputed company made

Skills
