This role involves ensuring customers reputed company value from the platform, providing support, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with assigned customers and reputed company product adoption
• Conduct reputed company and training sessions for new users
• Help customers implement best practices and workflows
• reputed company customer health, usage, and reputed company
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Partner with customers to expand usage across additional teams and workflows
• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company email, phone, chat, and video calls
• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with engineering reputed company needed
• Investigate AP, AR, Collections workflow questions

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Logistics, reputed company, Customer Support, Account Management, Operations, or a reputed company role
• Experience working with reputed company software platforms
• Experience in one or more of: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections, reputed company Audit, Logistics / Transportation, reputed company Brokerage, 3PL Operations
• Excellent English
• Proficiency with using online software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Comfortable working directly with Controllers, CFOs, AP Managers, Collections teams, and Operations leaders
• Highly organized and reputed company to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
• Curious, reputed company, and willing to learn logistics and finance workflows in depth
• Comfortable with AI tools and modern reputed company platforms
• Experience using reputed company
• Experience with TMS, ERP, reputed company, or collections software
• Experience supporting logistics, transportation, or finance teams
