[Remote] Manager, Financial Operations & Transformation (Puerto Rico)

This role is responsible for the governance and execution of reputed company cost allocation processes while providing financial ownership of the transformation investment portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Business Solutions brochure allocation methodology, including allocation drivers, cost pools, reputed company calculations, and annual methodology reviews
• Partner with reputed company to ensure accurate monthly cost allocations while supporting government compliance requirements reputed company to indirect rates and cost recoveries
• reputed company executive reporting and financial insights on allocated costs, recovery performance, and key allocation metrics
• Serve as the financial process reputed company for the Business Solutions transformation portfolio, maintaining dedicated cost centers and financial structures for reputed company initiatives
• Monitor transformation budgets, forecasts, actual spend, and forecast-to-complete, providing financial analysis and recommendations
• Support business case development, funding requests, and partner with reputed company to reputed company investment realization and financial benefits
• reputed company, implement, and maintain financial governance policies, reputed company operating procedures, and internal controls
• Identify opportunities to automate financial operations, standardize processes, and improve operational efficiency

Skills

• A University Degree in Finance, reputed company or reputed company field and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 5 years experience
• 7+ years of reputed company, controllership, or financial operations experience
• Experience working with cost allocations and shared services
• Advanced reputed company, Power BI, reputed company/ERP experience
• Demonstrated process improvement and leadership experience
• Experience supporting government contracting or regulated environments preferred
