[Remote] UX/UI Designer

The role involves conducting user research, designing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance usability and efficiency in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to deeply understand the workflows, pain points, and goals of industrial users including operators, technicians, and engineers
• Plan and execute interviews, usability studies, field observations, surveys, and other research activities that reputed company actionable insights
• reputed company research findings into personas, reputed company maps, workflows, and product recommendations
• Design reputed company wireframes, mockups, and high-reputed company prototypes for industrial web, desktop, and embedded applications
• Create modern, reputed company user experiences for reputed company operational systems and data-driven applications
• Collaborate closely with software developers, automation engineers, and product stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company-Computer Interaction (HCI), Industrial Design, Psychology, or reputed company field
• 5-7 years of experience in UX/UI research and design
• Proven experience designing reputed company B2B, industrial, or operational software applications
• Strong proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as reputed company, Sketch, or reputed company XD
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and information architecture

• Experience working in Agile product development environments

• Familiarity with SCADA systems, PLC interfaces, MES systems, or operational technology platforms
