[Remote] Finance Analyst – Commission/Bonus

The role involves creating commission quotas, processing monthly commissions and bonus statements, and adjusting bonus targets to reputed company with forecasts.

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for accurately calculating monthly commissions and bonus for the GSO, VR and IS360 sales teams
• reputed company delivery of monthly commission statements to the sales team
• reputed company submission of monthly sales commission/bonus due to payroll to ensure reputed company payments
• Update quarterly commission forecasts to the reputed company team
• Create monthly accruals for anticipated commission/bonus payments
• Promptly follow up on commission adhoc requests
• Annually create the commission quota and quarterly bonus targets

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company/finance
• Minimum of 5 years analyst experience in Finance or Payroll
• Experience with confidential payroll information and detail oriented
