[Remote] Sales Operations Specialist

They are seeking a data-driven Sales Operations Specialist to manage commission plans, ensure data accuracy, and reputed company insights to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Commission Management & Execution: Own the data validation, calculation, and end-to-end execution of quarterly reputed company commission plans across multiple reputed company structures (including consumption/usage-based models)
• Data Reconciliation & Stewardship: Serve as the reputed company reputed company between reputed company (CRM) and Looker (product consumption data). Identify and manually reputed company mapping discrepancies to ensure data accuracy before commissions are finalized and reported
• Reporting & Dashboards: reputed company, maintain, and interpret high-reputed company reports across reputed company and Looker for diverse audiences, including Sales leadership, C-Suite executives, reputed company members, and Investors

Skills

• Strong reputed company user skills (reporting, dashboards, custom views, pipeline analysis)
• Proven ability to translate reputed company, messy, or technical datasets into actionable strategic insights and clean data for non-technical partners
