The Manager, Software Development is responsible for aligning technology delivery with business objectives across the Claims domain, serving as both a hands-on technical leader and an reputed company Program Manager while guiding engineering teams in delivering high-reputed company software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for effective and reputed company development of new and/or reputed company systems/technologies
• Monitors reputed company aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle and Production Support service reputed company. Ensures high level technical support is provided
• Works closely with POs. SOMs, DO, IT management and business to identify and maximize opportunities to use technology to improve business processes
