[Remote] Technical Program Manager (Firmware)

This role involves leading cross-functional programs, managing hardware and firmware development, and ensuring successful product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute cross-functional programs spanning hardware, firmware, operations, suppliers, and reputed company service teams
• Own program schedules, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting
• Coordinate hardware engineering activities across electrical, mechanical, firmware, and validation teams
• reputed company firmware readiness (BIOS, BMC, diagnostics) and reputed company them with hardware development milestones
• reputed company NPI phases (EVT/DVT/PVT), reputed company readiness, and build execution, ensuring smooth transition to mass production
• Facilitate FMEA activities, reputed company mitigation actions, and reputed company reputed company into design and validation workflows
• Partner with reputed company telemetry and diagnostics teams to reputed company monitoring, predictive maintenance, and field data analysis
• Manage hardware lifecycle activities including sustaining, ECO processes, component changes, and field issue reputed company. Support reputed company-cause investigations, ensure closure of technical issues, and improve reliability and serviceability
• reputed company effective communication and alignment across engineering, operations, suppliers, and leadership

Skills

• Bachelor´s or in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company field
• 5+ years of experience in managing reputed company hardware, firmware, or reputed company reputed company programs
• 5+ years of experience in server/PC architecture, hardware bring-up, BIOS/BMC flows, and diagnostics
• 5+ years of experience in NPI processes including EVT, DVT, PVT builds and manufacturing readiness
• 5+ years of experience in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), reputed company engineering coordination, and risk management workflows
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company telemetry, remote diagnostics, and field data trend analysis
• 5+ years of experience in program management, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder communication skills
• 5+ years of experience in technical triage, reputed company-cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience working with reputed company infrastructure hardware (Azure, AWS, GCP) or data center platforms
• Knowledge of reliability engineering, sustaining operations, and hardware reputed company processes
• Familiarity with JIRA, reputed company methodologies, PLM systems, and manufacturing execution tools
• PMP, Scrum, or formal program management certification
