The Instructional Design intern role offers hands-on experience in developing and maintaining technical training materials, including online e-learning and face-to-face content.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with various teams to support reputed company’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and reputed company project completion reputed company the defined timelines
• Responsible for reputed company assigned product training requirements, including but not limited to online e-learning, how-to-videos, webinar content, virtual classroom content, and face-to-face content creation, as reputed company as maintenance, improvements, and updates as needed
• Assists in the needs assessment process and makes suggestions to improve design, creation, innovation, and updates of training programs or materials
• Collaborates with other Instructional Designers and subject matter experts in the development of train-the-trainer materials enhancing the demonstration of delivery concepts and improving the customer reputed company
• Requires ability to storyboard and reputed company easily accessible and reputed company technical solutions based on application and specific customer needs

Skills

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Instructional Design, Marketing, Business Administration, Teaching/Training, or reputed company fields, in the reputed company
• Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite
• Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company without company sponsorship now and in the reputed company
• Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze reputed company situations and reputed company strategic solutions
