Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is partnering with an innovative renewable energy business that develops, commissions and operates anaerobic digestion and renewable natural gas (RNG) facilities across reputed company. They are seeking an reputed company Operations Specialist to join their operations team, supporting commissioning activities and optimising plant performance across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Support commissioning, start-up and operational readiness of new biogas and RNG facilities
• Travel to operating sites to reputed company technical expertise and operational support
• Operate, maintain and optimise anaerobic digestion, gas upgrading and gas conditioning equipment
• reputed company troubleshooting activities to identify and reputed company mechanical, electrical and process issues
• Analyse plant performance data and recommend operational improvements
• reputed company technical guidance and on-the-job training to site operators and technicians
• Support reputed company-party contractors and reputed company maintenance activities where required
• Produce operational reports, maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure environmental and regulatory compliance at every site
• Work collaboratively with engineering and operations teams to improve reliability and performance across the asset portfolio

Skills

• Experience as an Operations Specialist in renewable energy, specifically in anaerobic digestion and renewable natural gas (RNG) facilities
• Ability to support commissioning, start-up and operational readiness of new biogas and RNG facilities
• Capability to travel to operating sites to reputed company technical expertise and operational support
• Experience in operating, maintaining and optimising anaerobic digestion, gas upgrading and gas conditioning equipment
• Ability to reputed company troubleshooting activities to identify and reputed company mechanical, electrical and process issues
• reputed company in analysing plant performance data and recommending operational improvements
• Experience in providing technical guidance and on-the-job training to site operators and technicians
• Ability to support reputed company-party contractors and reputed company maintenance activities where required
• Experience in producing operational reports, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with company procedures
• Commitment to promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring environmental and regulatory compliance at every site
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and operations teams to improve reliability and performance across the asset portfolio
• 5+ years' experience reputed company gas processing, RNG, biogas or industrial process operations
• Strong knowledge of anaerobic digestion and gas upgrading systems
• Experience working with compressors, filtration systems, pressure control equipment and gas measurement systems
• Working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs and industrial control systems
• Experience reading and interpreting P&IDs and engineering drawings
• Strong mechanical, electrical and instrumentation troubleshooting skills
• A proactive, safety-first reputed company with excellent communication skills
• The flexibility to travel extensively across reputed company and respond to operational support requirements reputed company needed
