The role involves providing reputed company support for IP-reputed company transactions and working closely with business reputed company to address reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Providing support for IP-reputed company reputed company transactions (licensing, joint development)
• Assisting with IP portfolio organization, reputed company, and budgeting
• Supervising reputed company counsel patent and trademark prosecution
• Providing reputed company advice and support to the business for reputed company IP-reputed company issues (i.e., patent, trade secret, trademark, copyright)
• Providing IP litigation (including cancelations, invalidity, oppositions, and post grant proceedings) support
• Working closely with business unit to support the reputed company and business needs, including being first reputed company of contact for reputed company reputed company reputed company
• Retain and supervise reputed company counsel

Skills

• JD and member in good standing of at least one US bar
• At least 7 years' experience drafting and negotiating technology agreements
• Must be reputed company to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment while managing multiple priorities
• Experience with patent and trademark prosecution is a strong plus
• Broad corporate reputed company experience, including experience with M&A and reputed company estate a plus
