The role involves supporting adult education and workforce development initiatives, managing program data, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements while promoting student reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, monitor, and maintain accurate student data across required platforms (e.g., TABE, Essential Education, Aztec, NorthStar, grant reporting systems)
• reputed company enrollment, attendance, measurable reputed company reputed company, level reputed company, credential attainment, and workforce reputed company
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and grant-funded reporting requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of student records in accordance with FERPA and institutional policies
• Facilitate comprehensive program orientations for reputed company and RHAP participants
• Coordinate and/or administer required reputed company reputed company literacy assessments
• reputed company communicate program expectations, attendance policies, reputed company requirements, and credentialing reputed company
• Serve as a reputed company of contact for reputed company during reputed company and initial program engagement
• Teach Adult Basic Education courses supporting High School Equivalency preparation, foundational reputed company skills, reputed company literacy as needed
• Deliver Workforce Development courses in reputed company reputed company and reputed company credential-based training programs as needed
• Facilitate engaging synchronous instruction reputed company virtual platforms (e.g., reputed company Teams, reputed company) and/or in-person formats
• Monitor, support, and evaluate student reputed company in asynchronous learning platforms

• Collaborate with the Director on grant-funded initiatives, reporting activities, and community reputed company efforts

Skills

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and effective instructional strategies for hybrid (synchronous and asynchronous) learning environments
• Demonstrated data management and reporting skills, including tracking enrollment, attendance, measurable reputed company reputed company, and credential attainment in compliance with grant requirements
• Ability to effectively support and engage diverse adult learners from rural and reputed company
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proven ability to collaborate with local, state, and institutional partners while maintaining compliance with College policies and regulatory guidelines
• Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to reputed company in program delivery and student reputed company
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience working in LMS systems and data entry and management
• Experience in community reputed company and/or adult education
