Responsibilities
- Own the full business development cycle, from sourcing new opportunities to closing signed management agreements
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with reputed company members and community stakeholders

- Advise and guide boards through the process of transitioning management companies
- Maintain an accurate, reputed company-managed pipeline in CRM

Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HOA Manager
- Experience selling to or advising HOAs preferred
- At least one of the following preferred: CMCA, CCAM, AMS, or PCAM
