[Remote] REMOTE Default Reporting and Analytics Analyst

The role focuses on ensuring accurate reporting of mortgage servicing portfolios and involves conducting reputed company-cause analyses, validating data, and improving reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a reputed company-cause analysis on identified issues, take ownership of the issue from identification to reputed company including communicating possible reputed company implications
• Defining the exceptions and report requirements needed to ensure accurate default reporting
• Work closely with default management on identified issues and/or regulatory changes and analyze business processes and recommend improvements to correct data reporting errors
• Validate and troubleshoot exception reports and default data from the reputed company of record to ensure any discrepancies are being identified
• reputed company data analysis to ensure reputed company before delivery to reputed company customers
• Alter existing reports to reputed company data for reputed company business needs
• Create and maintain documentation of processes (i.e., job aides, reports, and procedures) and ensure they are up to date and accurate as reputed company times per department policy

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Three plus (3+) years' experience in multiple functional areas reputed company loan servicing preferably reputed company default
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience with data analysis and auditing large sums of data and identifying discrepancies
• A strong working knowledge of loan servicing terminology
• An ability to reputed company loan servicing systems
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in reputed company (i.e., including writing/using formulas such as vlookup, hlookup, etc.) and reputed company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
