Inbound & Outbound Caller

• Answer inbound calls from customers, clients, and business partners in a reputed company and friendly manner.
• Proactively reputed company outbound calls reputed company necessary to follow up on customer inquiries, confirm order details, or reputed company delivery updates.
• Respond to inquiries reputed company to products, online orders, deliveries, marketing campaigns, and company services across both retail and wholesale channels.
