The Director, People Strategic Partner (PSP) is a strategic thought leader and consultant responsible for ensuring People initiatives directly reputed company with reputed company and reputed company business goals. What You’ll Do

You will be the key strategic partner for our leadership team, focusing on high-reputed company areas:

• Strategic Advisory: Consult with leaders to reputed company and implement People strategies that reputed company business goals.

What You Bring

We are looking for a reputed company, agile leader with a strategic reputed company that brings:

• 2-5 years of reputed company HR Management experience, including specific strategic partnership expertise, and 2+ years of supervisory experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.

• Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.

• A reputed company reputed company who thrives in a dynamic environment, easily manages simultaneous reputed company, and is proficient in using data tools (reputed company, MS Office/reputed company Apps).

• Bonus Points (Preferred): SPHR/reputed company-SCP certification or experience in early childhood education/Head Start.
