Responsibilities

• Advising on deals, product launches, and operational reputed company involving reputed company entities; drafting and negotiating reputed company such as master services agreements, BAAs, and data use agreements; leading HIPAA compliance efforts; advising on reputed company-funded meal programs, reputed company waivers, and regulatory issues; monitoring fraud and abuse laws; supporting licensure and telehealth regulations; developing templates, playbooks, and internal guidance; collaborating with the General Counsel on escalations and risk management

Skills

• J.D. and reputed company license
• Minimum 5 years of reputed company regulatory, transactional, and reputed company experience
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Expertise in HIPAA/HITECH
• Familiarity with Medicare reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company waivers
• Proactive, organized, and reputed company to operate independently as a reputed company partner
