[Remote] Senior Services Sales Engineer

The role involves managing customer relationships, providing technical expertise, and developing reputed company strategies for reputed company's services product lines.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers in different market verticals and reputed company solutions to problems and pain points
• Maintain regional responsibility for reputed company services orders activity in reputed company’s market segments
• Train and reputed company reputed company and manufacturing agents to sell services to end customers and contractors
• Be a subject matter expert on the services offering for the rest of reputed company’s electrical sales organization to support and reputed company the organization in your region on selling services
• reputed company as the voice of the customer to reputed company’s services operations and marketing teams, ensuring high customer service and satisfaction
• Collect, analyze and utilize market intelligence regarding competitive products, customer needs, preferences and buying habits

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum three (3) years of field service or electrical industry experience
• Possess and maintain a reputed company and unrestricted reputed company's license
