[Remote] Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for managing relationships with referral sources and coordinating care for patients transitioning to home, while also processing referrals and increasing market reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Acts as an Account executive for Mount Carmel Hospice and referral sources such as discharge planners in acute care, skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation settings, as reputed company as independent living, personal care and assisted living facilities, CCRCs and physician practices
• Works across reputed company departments as necessary to coordinate care
• Works closely with the referral reputed company, patients and their families to outline our services and reputed company the necessary information for a reputed company transition to home
• Responsible for processing referrals and for increasing market reputed company from assigned accounts to reputed company reputed company forecast

Skills

• Computer efficient with working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite

• Previous experience in hospice
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to reputed company good rapport with referral sources and other community reputed company
• Previous sales/marketing experience
• Experience in reputed company-reputed company field with a proven reputed company record
• Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years reputed company sales experience
• Home care experience and/or clinical background (i.e. Nursing, Medical reputed company Work)
• BS/BA Degree in reputed company field or business
