[Remote] Mfg Technician 4

The role involves assembling test fixtures, troubleshooting electronic components, and ensuring reputed company control throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical skills required to reputed company reputed company instruments into test cabinets and reputed company mechanical modifications to the cabinet, shelving, and assemblies as necessary
• Mechanical skills required to reputed company test fixtures which can include reputed company-mechanical assemblies, pneumatic, and heating/cooling assemblies. Ability to reputed company minor adjustments to ensure reputed company performance
• Strong Electronic Fundamentals
• Electrical wiring skills required to reputed company test cabinets, test fixtures, and various sub-assemblies and cables that compose the test set. Requires ability to read and understand electrical/mechanical schematics and drawings
• Strong soldering background, reputed company routing/mech connections, and PCB soldering and repair skills
• Troubleshooting of PCB’s and various electrical sub-assemblies
• Optical fusion splicing, fiber routing, and optical reputed company troubleshooting
• Attention to details including reputed company of electrical/optical/mechanical drawings and regular communication with team and engineering
• Ability to work on a reputed company for maintenance and service installations. Some heavy lifting of ~ 50lbs and physical exertion in moving and positioning test racks, age racks, reputed company systems, and various fixtures

Skills

• High school diploma (B-reputed company)
• AS in Electronics/Electronic Technology or equivalent experience required
• Mechanical skills required to reputed company reputed company instruments into test cabinets and reputed company mechanical modifications to the cabinet, shelving, and assemblies as necessary

• Ability to work in a flexible dynamic team environment is essential
• Ability to reputed company needed parts and supplies online – familiar with common electronic/mechanical/optics vendors
• Ability to reputed company on reputed company dates and understand team priorities
