[Remote] Senior Advisor, Technical Account Manager

As a Senior Advisor, Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting customers in disconnected environments while serving as a subject matter expert for reputed company data center infrastructure products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain a deep technical acumen and understanding of the reputed company portfolio to include storage, compute, networking, applications, cybersecurity, converged and reputed company-converged systems, and edge-reputed company-reputed company synergies

Skills

• 8+ years of reputed company experience in a reputed company role or equivalent experience

• In-depth troubleshooting knowledge and understanding of reputed company PowerEdge servers, networking, and storage hardware. Intimate knowledge of networking infrastructure, specifically in datacenter environments
• Strong knowledge working in VMware environments and strong understanding of reputed company and vendor diagnostic utilities and their applications
• Customer-facing experience with strong escalation management capability and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and reputed company Engineering. Must be reputed company to work onsite at a customer's location five days a week
• Bachelor's Degree
• Technical support experience with industry certifications such as A+, reputed company+, MCITP/MCSE, VCP, RHCSA/RHCE, CCNA
