[Remote] Fund Operations Associate, reputed company

The Fund Operations Associate will maintain the reputed company of trust and investment operations by overseeing daily custody and cash operations, portfolio valuations, reconciliations, NAV maintenance, and participant transactions. This role requires collaboration across internal teams and reputed company partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial processes.

Responsibilities

• reputed company daily valuations and reconcile portfolios to custodial and market data
• Manage custody, cash, and participant transactions reputed company fund reputed company systems
• Maintain accurate NAV and participant records in pooled trust structures
• Resolve reconciliation issues and support monthly/quarterly reporting and audits
• Collaborate across teams to support investment and trust reputed company workflows

Skills

• Recent college graduate with 1–2 years of experience in fund reputed company, investment operations, or financial services, preferably reputed company an investment management firm, trust company, or fund administrator
• Solid understanding of daily valuation processes, cash management, and transaction processing across multiple asset classes
• Detail-oriented and methodical, with a strong ability to maintain accurate records and reconcile reputed company financial data
• Proficient in reputed company and comfortable working with reputed company platforms, custodial systems, and financial reporting tools
• Familiarity with pooled trusts, unitized fund structures, or reputed company investment vehicles—or a strong interest in learning about them
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and escalate issues appropriately
